Over the next 12 months take me through your calendar and how you would like to look or feel throughout the year. An example might be: I want to have cut arms and a smaller tummy by May 20th for a vacation. During the summer, we will be at the pool a lot. I'd love to get my butt looking great by June and also would love a no equipment shorter program that I can do from my phone on the pool deck while I wait for the kids to finish swim practice. In August we are going to Europe and walking a ton so I'd like to increase cardio endurance and flexibility by then. By the fall, when kids go back to school- I'll have more time to workout and would like to work up gradually to a longer more extreme program. I'd like to be down 50 lbs and look like a bikini competitor by next December.
